I am delighted to share with you the happy news that the rights for the French translation of Quill of the Dove have been sold to Éditions L'Interligne and the rights for the Catalan translation to Editorial Gregal. The French translation is scheduled for release in June 2020 and the Catalan translation for January 2021. We are also pursuing efforts to interest German, Spanish, Italian and Turkish publishers in the novel. That is setting the bar pretty high, but why not? The novel does have a wonderful international quality about it, with episodes in the Middle East, Cyprus, Greece, France, Spain (Barcelona) and Canada. Setting the novel in these locales was a real delight as it brought back fond memories of my many visits to them. Indeed, nostalgia is a powerful aphrodisiac for writing fiction!
